Abstract
The paper presents an original method for the preclinical evaluation of the effectiveness of pharmacological agents to restore and maintain the human operator performance when operating in conditions of high-intensity exercise. On the basis of the comparative analysis made in labor physiology, sports medicine and Experimental Biology performance evaluation methods, justified requirements to methods of evaluating the physical and operant activity in experimental animals, developed a method for prognostic evaluation of operator human activity after intense exercise in the conditions of use of modern and advanced medication.
Key words
operator activity, physical activity, operator availability, pharmacological agents
